Volunteer spots are limited, and selected volunteers will be contacted directly.
Volunteers are typically asked to arrive about one hour before the event to assist with event preparation and guest support. Tasks may include:
• Preparing and organizing badges and check-in materials
• Assisting with guest check-in and directions inside the venue
• Helping with event setup as needed
• Running microphones during Q&A sessions
• Supporting staff and attendees throughout the event
This list is not exhaustive, and volunteers are expected to remain available and approachable during the event if assistance is needed.
Volunteers are welcome to enjoy some food during the event. However, alcohol consumption is not permitted while volunteering.
You are welcome to listen to the program from the back of the room, as long as you remain available to assist when needed.
